PRICE DETAILS

The total price of your order does not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees related to international deliveries, which may apply to international deliveries within Europe, World Zone B, and Zone C.

HOLDING PERIOD

The period during which the Post Office holds the parcel that could not be delivered by the mail carrier to its recipient is 15 days, after a delivery notice has been issued.

After this period, both in France and abroad, the parcel is returned to the sender.

ADDITIONAL DELAYS

Will Side is not responsible for additional delivery delays, or inappropriate behavior on the part of postal services and carriers.

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of product(s) or strike.

EASY RETURNS

First of all, we would like to remind you that our upcycled pieces are unique and created from second-hand garments, which may show signs of wear as they have had a previous life.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If, after receiving the order, the size or shape of the item does not suit you, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order to request the return of the product.

- The reasons for returning the product(s)

The product(s) eligible for return must have been purchased on Willside.fr, and remain as shipped by us: intact, unworn, and in their original sealed packaging.

Will Side reserves the right to refuse the refund if the order shows any damage, or if the 14-day withdrawal period has been exceeded.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Will Side does not accept exchanges.

Laces related to the EARTH SYSTEM collection are not refundable individually.

LOST ORDERS

In case of a delivery delay compared to the maximum period we indicated to you in the shipping email.

We will contact Colissimo service to initiate an investigation, which may last up to 21 days from the start date of the investigation.

If during this period, the product is found, it will be immediately redirected to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of the order (which happens in most cases).

If the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, La Poste/Colissimo will consider the package as lost.

Only at that time can we send you a replacement product, at our expense.

If the product(s) ordered are no longer available, we will offer you a new product or refund you the amount of the products affected by the carrier's loss.

If the product(s) were still available but the sale price had changed on the website, we would apply the new sale prices, either by refunding you the difference via bank transfer or by requesting an additional payment for this price difference from the customer.  

The shipment or refund of the items will only be effective after the completion of the postal service's investigation.
