The table below lists the options, fees, and delivery times provided by La Poste/Colissimo.

Mainland France, Andorra, Monaco: €10 1-2 weeks

Free delivery for purchases over €250.

Free delivery for purchases over €450.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

We deliver to the address you provide during the order. Make sure it is correct for easy delivery. Any re-shipment due to an incorrect address will be at your expense.

The risk is transferred to the customer upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

PRICE DETAILS

The total price of your order does not include customs duties, taxes, or other fees related to international deliveries, which may apply to international deliveries to Europe, international World Zone B, and Zone C.

STORAGE PERIOD

The period during which the Post Office keeps the package that could not be delivered by the carrier to its recipient is 15 days, after a delivery notice has been issued.

After this period, in France as well as abroad, the package is returned to the shipper.

ADDITIONAL DELAYS

Will Side is not responsible for additional delivery delays, and inappropriate behavior by postal and carrier services.

We decline any responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of the product(s) or a strike.

EASY RETURNS

First and foremost, we would like to remind you that our upcycled pieces are unique and created from second-hand clothing that may show signs of wear as they have had a previous life.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If, after receiving the order, the size or shape of the item is not suitable, in the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, you have a period of 14 days from the day of receipt of the order to request the return of the product.

- The reasons for the return of the product(s)

The product(s) that can be returned must have been purchased on Willside.fr, in the condition in which they were shipped by our services: intact, unworn, and in original packaging.

Will Side reserves the right to refuse the refund of the order if it detects any damage or if the 14-day withdrawal period has passed.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Will Side does not accept exchanges.

The lacing cords related to the EARTH SYSTEM collection are not individually refundable.

FAST REFUND

The customer will be refunded for the returned product(s) within 7 days from the date of receipt and verification of the product(s), provided that the product(s) comply with the Will Side return policy.

LOST ORDERS In case of delivery delay beyond the maximum timeframe indicated in the shipping email. We will contact the Colissimo service to initiate an investigation, which can last up to 21 days from the start of the investigation. If the product is found during this period, it will be immediately rerouted to the delivery address provided by the customer at the time of the order (in the majority of cases). If the product is not found at the end of the 21-day investigation period, La Poste/Colissimo considers the package lost. Only at this point can we send you a replacement product at our expense. If the ordered product(s) are no longer available, we will offer you a new product or refund the amount for the products affected by the carrier's loss. If the ordered product(s) were still available but had changed in selling price on the website, we would apply the new selling prices, either by reimbursing the difference by bank transfer or by requesting the customer to make an additional payment for this price difference.  The shipment or refund of the items will only be processed after the postal services' investigation is concluded.
